Recently I bought 2 new Noctua NF-A14 140mm fans as a replacement for the default h110i fans but when I connect the two fans into h110i,only one of them are working, the other one doesn't spin and can't be read from Corsair Link.So I decided to put back my default corsair fans and they work flawlessly, please help :??:

The maximum power draw for the Noctua fans is 0.13A per fan. Unfortunately I can't seem to find the power draw for the bundled Corsair fans however there are alot of folks who are running Corsair's AF 140 fans on the H110i GT with success.

Just out of curiosity, do the fans work when powered off the motherboard's PWM header? Speaking of motherboard's, you forgot to include your full system's specs inclusive of your OS.

sorry for the lack of my system spec
CPU:i5 4690k@3.5Ghz
Motherboard:Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 3
CPU cooling:Corsair H110i
GPU:ASUS GTX780 DirectCUII
Ram:2x Kingston HyperX 4GB DDR3
Harddrive:1xM.2,1xSSD,2x2TB HDD

And yes, they both work when connect to the 4-pin headers on the motherboard, just doesn't work when they connect to the 2 H110i headers
