So, I have been hearing that the h60 is a crap cooler and that is loud ect... So I was wondering if I replaced the fan with a noctua Nf-f12 would that make it a good cooler worth buying? I wanted water over air mainly because it looks better. I can't get the h100 because I can't aford it due to me upgadeing my build and I am impatient. Also would the new fan even be compatible with the h60?

P.S. It is for the i7-6700k
-thanks!

The corsair H60's problems are not just with the fans. It uses a thin radiator with a lot of space between the fins. Simply put, the only good thing about it compared to the DeepCool Captain 120 is the pump. Not that the Captain 120 has a bad pump, the H60 simply has an exceptionally high quality pump for the price point. However, in liquid cooling, the radiators are more important than the pump as long as the pump can move fluid at a high enough pace.
