Noctua NF-F12s not blowing air/spinning too slowly?

I just bought two NF-F12s and one Cooler Master SickleFlow 120mm case fan, since my gaming rig gets hot on the top of my case while I'm playing games. I have the two Noctuas on top of my case, and I'm sure they are facing the right way. The SickleFlow is on the side, and seems to be pushing more air than both Noctuas combined. I had to use a Y-adapter since I didn't have enough 4 pin slots on my motherboard, and all the fans are set to "Turbo" on my BIOS. I have an ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0 motherboard and I want to make sure that my fans aren't spinning slowly/pushing enough air. Or is this just because the fans don't spread the air out as much? Help is appreciated!

That connector can only push so much current through it. The fans are not getting all the power they need to run that high. If you want to run them faster you'll need a fan controller of some sort. They're fairly cheap and often connected via molex. Alternatively, you could get a molex-to-3pin or 4pin adapter and hook one fan directly to the PSU via molex. This will cause it to run at max all the time though.

Like this? Why are are there two Molex connectors though? Do I use them both?

Are you sure the other end of that connector is a fan 3pin? If it is, yeah you just use one molex.
