Noctua NF-S12A vs Corsair AF 140

I'm planning on a new case, Corsair 300R. I want it to run cool and quiet. So I'm thinking to replace the front fans with the Noctua or Corsair fans. Price is about the same so I'm looking for opinions on which is better for case airflow. Ideally I'd like the system to self regulate itself or stay at one spot which is quiet for movie watching yet cool temps when gaming for an hour.

Currently I have to adjust fan speeds before and after gaming and it's not very quiet when gaming. I have 3 cooler master blade master fans including the cpu fan. And at 70% they are loud. It's excellent cooling but noisy.

i have 7 noctua fans in my case under my tv and people didnt even think it was on.

+1 for the noctuas but 140mm fans will give some good airflow..

Why did you choose the Noctua's?

cause they last long/have a 5 year warranty, i work at a computer store and got a decent deal and it is tough to beat their cfm/db ratio

one thing i wish i did was go with pwm unless you have a fan controller.

A fan controller is one of the options I am considering. I gotta think out how I will control all the fans the easiest way....which seems like a fan controller to me.
