Noctua NH-D14 issue with Corsair Dominator?

Hey guys just a quick question regarding RAM and a CPU Cooler.

I am planning on picking up a Noctua NH-D14 - http://pcpartpicker.com/uk/part/noctua-cpu-cooler-nhd14, but I was wondering if my current Corsair Dominators - http://pcpartpicker.com/uk/part/corsair-memory-cmd16gx3m4a2133c9 will cause a problem.
My motherboard is the Asus Maximus V Formula/ThunderFX (http://pcpartpicker.com/uk/part/asus-motherboard-maximusvformulathunderfx)

Will it?

Thank you, and any pictures (If you are currently using anything with similar dimensions as these two, if not these two products) would be great to see. Quite excited to try Overclocking my CPU for the first time.

Ah, I see. Thank you for the swift reply.
Would you be able to suggest a decent CPU Cooler to use instead of the Noctua?
Also, would removing the heatsink change much as presumably the fans cover the same job?

quite honestly removing the top part of the ram heatsinks wont cause any problem

and the noctua is a great cooler--i would stick with it if you want to try serious overclocking

for average overclocking the hyper 212 is the best bang for buck cooler--but may still face ram clearance issues

Ah, fair enough.

What about the H100i. Was just reading up and someone had mentioned it's an improvement to the H100 and is possibly the best single target fan, and would negate my issue with the High Profile RAM. What do you think?

its up to you really

the h100i will be a lot dearer but doesnt have the clearance issues and should cool a bit better

though unless you are doing extreme overclocking probably not much better than the noctua

i also have dominator ram and went for an h80

but my 2600k is at 5ghz so i didnt think an air cooler would be quite enough
