Noctua NH-D14 or 15

Hi I'm using getting a i7-4790K, and a Phanteks Enthoo Pro Full ATX and I'm wondering which of the noctua cpu coolers I should get?

I have G.Skill Sniper series ram as well.

The NH-D14 to prevent Ram compatibility issues. You should also check out Cryorig coolers. They seem to be a sight favorite, don't cover RAM slots and offer the same performance.

Will the Cryorig H5 Universal good for the 4790K or will I need the R1 Ultimate or Universal?

Any of them would work. The H7 has a really nice black top and will accommodate a pretty decent overclock, the Universal will allow for even better overclocks and the R1 Ultimate would allow you to overclock with the best of them. Really is should boil down to how much you want to overclock, budget and what you find visually appealing.
