noctua nh-d14 questions

i got a Asus z87 sabatooth with Corsair vengeance pro 16g memory. is noctua nh-d14 gonna be too big for the memory card? plus my case is corsair c 70.
if it is too big, does noctua has some smaller but also good for over clocking cpu fan?
lastly, since i am kind of afraid of leaking problem with those liquid cooler like corsair h100i, will noctua perform less than liquid cooler?

Most likely the memory height would create a problem.
What level of overclocking are you planning?

not too much since i plan to gaming with this computer for a little longer time rather than squeeze every bit juice out of it. If the memory card height will be a problem, any other Noctua product would be good?

Which CPU do you have?
Also for normal overclocks, the 120MM versions should do fine.
