Noctua NH-D14 vs Corsair Hydro 110i for i7 3770k

Greetings!
I'd like to know your opinion about buying either a NH-D14 or a Hydro 110i for my i7-3770k, I'm planing to oc between 4.4-4.6 but not more than that, my case is a CM storm stryker so I should have enough room for the NH-D14. I am aware of the RAM compatibility with this huge cooler, but according to this I should be fine:

So what do you think ?

You probably don't need a new cooler for temp reasons, but if you want to have a quieter computer, grab the NH-D14. At stock, the 3770K is 3.5 GHz with a Turbo Boost of 3.9 GHz.

Either way, the NH-D14 and the H100i perform similarly. The H100i will probably bring in about 5C cooler temps, but the NH-D14 is ~$20 cheaper.
