Question Noctua NH-D15 chromax.Black, Dual-Tower CPU Cooler (140mm, Black)

Wanting to put on a ASrock Z790 Pro RS board, has any buddy down this and is their a problem with ram? Should
I just use the Noctua NH-U12A chromax.Black, 120mm Single-Tower CPU Cooler (Black) to be safe.

In case no one can personally confirm:
1)https://ncc.noctua.at/motherboards/model/ASRock-Z790-Pro-RS-5682
2)NH-D15 w/ front fan in default position: 165mm, up to 31mm ram clearance.
3)Your ram kit: for every mm above 31mm, that's how much higher you have to raise the front fan.
4)You must also take into account your case's max air cooler clearance.
5)If it turns out the D15 doesn't fit the case, consider the D15S.
