Noctua NH-D15 is compatible with Corsair Vengeance Pro Red?

Well,sorry if I make mistakes,but I am not from USA.
I want to know if this rig is good,if the cooler is good for this ram
CPU:Intel I7-4790k
Mother Board:Gigabyte Z97x G1 Gaming wifi bk black edition
Ram:Corsair Vengeance Pro Red 16GB 2133MHz
Case:Corsair Graphite 760t

Should I choose another type of ram(like corsair dominator platinum and use an water cooker Corsair Hydro h110) or simply change the cooler with a water cooler.Are they compatible?

Noctua Heatsinks are more than enough, they even use them for 4930k. It is compatible RAM, and if your not sure, you can check they're website or simply google 'nh d14 ram clearance'

Man,I want Nh-d15 not nh-d14.I heard that they are different ,so i need youadvice.What about a corsair dominator platinum with a nh-d15 with the second fan lifted just a little bit up?
