Noctua NH-D15 Thermal grease question

Good day everyone. When I ordered the NH-D15, I didn't know it came with its own thermal grease. Something called NT-H1. I bought Zalman ZM-STG2. is there any difference between the two and can anyone recommend one or the other? Thanks.

Typically, even better high-end and mid-range thermal paste, theres very little impact in temperatures (no more than 1-2'c).

The Noctua stuff is pretty good, in my experience - but I've never used that Zalman stuff (I either use NT-H1 or MX-4).

Showing the Noctua stuff outperforming the Zalman paste by a decent margin, but hardly a controlled environment.

I would use the NT-H1, personally.

User the Noctua one. That's what I use with D15S

Noctua's paste/TIM was tested against several others, and pretty much found to be great performing, and with no negatives at all...

Really no reason to look for alternatives....; the typical issue is Intel's TIM under the heat spreader. 🙁
