Hi,

I am buying a new PC

Intel 8700k
Aorus GTX 1080TI Xtreme edtion
G.Skill 3200Mhz FlareX (I wanted to buy a Ryzen system at first, but since i only want to game on this machine i waited for Coffee Lake)
Aorus Z370 Gaming 7

Fractal Design Define R4

I needed to find out if there won't be any clearance issues with the NH-D15 and the Graphics card and MOBO (blocking the first PCIE or touching the graphics card backplate, clearance issues with Mobo heatsinks etc.),
If so, should i get the NH-D15S with downside of only 1 fan?

Solution
If you solved the Ram problem, you only have to worry about having a case wide enough for it to fit. Your Gpu wont be a problem.

Only keep in mind that putting the fan a little higher in relation to the radiator can have a detrimental effect on the cooling. Probably mothing noticeable but there nonetheless. AND mounting it higher will also add to the total height of the cooler.

As budget doesnt seem a problem why dont you go with a Corsair H100i v2 or even the H110i if your case supports it? With one of those you wont run into any of those issues..
Not to mention you wont have a 1.3Kg monster hanging from your Mb..

I saw there is a clearance issue with the ram mine 40mm, the NH-D15 leaves only 32 mm of height to work with but i saw that the fan can be mounted a little bit higher

Thanks for your help.
The thing is that i want to keep my system close and silent as possible, i have a major problems with dust, it accumulates like in 4 days (noticeable layer of it),

I bought the define 4 back than to keep my system as quiet as possible and keep the air intake dustless as possible( with fractal's dust filters) so thats why i don't want to open the un filtered fan opening at the top of the case and 2nd I don't want the noise those pump can do in high load, the NH-D15 is alot more quiet compare to those AIOs not to mention that this unit beats those AIOs in a few benchmarks i saw
