I'm a first-time PC builder, and I have bought a Noctua NH-D15 CPU cooler. The box contains instructions for AMD sockets, LGA115x sockets and LGA20xx sockets, but not for LGA1200. My CPU is an Intel i7-10700K, and my mobo is a Gigabyte Z490 Vision G. PCPartPicker says they are compatible, and there are several builds there that use the i7-10700K with the NH-D15, and nobody's complaining about the lack of instructions. What should I do?

Solution
The mounting socket specifications for the LGA 1200 sockets are the exact same as for all LGA 115x sockets, so yes, it will work fine. Use the hardware intended for the LGA 115x socket motherboards.
