I have this cooler on a 4790k.
I am getting ram+mobo+10850k soon.
Will I have to get some special mount for the cpu on the mobo?

No, 10850k is a lga 1200 socket cpu and according to specs nh-d15 supports:

1150/1151/1155/1156/1200
2011/2011-3
2066
AM3(+)/AM2(+)/FM2(+)/FM1
AM4

What the above means is that LGA 115x and LGA 1200 have the same socket dimensions.
