[SOLVED] Noctua nh-u12s

I have 2 questions:

1. Is this cooler enough for an overclocked R7 3700x?
2. Should i include a second fan or a single fan will do the job?

1. Certainly should be. There's really not a lot of headroom on Ryzen chips.
2. Should be sufficient out of the box as a single-fan solution.
