NOCTUA NH-U14S AIR COOLER vs NZXT Kraken X60 LIQUID COOLER

Hi All,
Greetings !!

I need your expert advise.

I am in confusion between picking an Air Cooler or Liquid Cooler for my i7 4770K.
I hardly saved enough money to Build my first desktop.
If Liquid coolers have some risk factor of leaking , then I want to avoid that.

Can you please help me with below questions I have and any other suggestions are appreciated

Q1.
Also are liquid coolers very quiet when compared to the Noctua ND-D14 or NOCTUA NH-U14s.

Q2.
Which is the latest one and best in terms of cooling and low noise >> Noctua ND-D14 or NOCTUA NH-U14s.

Q3.
If I install any of these Air Cooler Noctua ND-D14 or NOCTUA NH-U14s.Will my Z87 GD65 MSI mobo RAM slots gets squeezed.I want to install these RAM sticks [Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) ]

Q4.
Suggest whether to go for Air or Liquid Cooling.

1. The D14 is very quiet. (Quieter than most if not all the water coolers).

2. The D14 is much bigger and better.

3. If you have low profile ram it will fit fine. It depends what heatsink you have on your memory.
