Noctua NH-U14S Installation

I have recently purchased the NH-U14S. Ive read many threads on the different methods for applying thermal compounds. My questions is, with the parts provided (thermal compound) how much and which method is best for this specific cooler. The many threads I've read pertain to the amount of pressure for certain coolers, the type of viscosity of different thermal compound between thicker and thinner. What type of method for the NH-U14S? About how much? A pea sized, 2 grains of rice etc.?

It doesn't really matter as long you put thermal paste on the cpu. Use the method you feel more comfortable with.
