I want to ask is it possible to use Noctua NH U14S for R7 3700x? (even when overclocked). I wanted to buy the D15 but it was too big for the case and it was inconvenient to have to remove the glass.

Look at the be quiet TF coolers? or a water cooler.

As you can see, according to Noctua you should be able of OC with it.

But, I wouldn't OC at all, just let AMD boosting (PB, PBO) do its thing alone. With that cooler and the latest chipset drivers and BIOS you will get great performance.
