Question Noctua question and thermal paste

Hello, Im thinking to use my old noctua in the build. Tho I need a mounting kit for proper one to be able use it

1) Is there a way to find out which model of noctua I have to be sure? (I dont have the box anymore and it was long time ago)
2) Is this thermal paste any good ("ARCTIC MX-4 Thermal Compound") or how much improvment does these paste give compared to the one that comes as the default ?

Probably noob question, but Im not specialist into this, thanks a lot anyone for your help

Please post your PC or build specs. What are you building?

Take a picture of your old Noctua and upload it to imgur, then paste the link here.
Or visit Noctua's website and look at their models.
You can also find information there that will suggest which cooler to use.

I'm not sure which paste is better. Your old paste is probably old, so buying new would be a good idea.
