Noctua SE14 VS Scythe Mugen 4 - Which is better?

Hi,

I have an i7 4790k processor and I want to replace the stock cooler with one of the following coolers:

Scythe Mugen 4
Noctua NH-C12P SE14

They both cost the same price, but which one is better?

The Scythe Mugen 4; the Noctua NH-C12P is not on the list at 200W (obviously a lot higher than your CPU): http://www.frostytech.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=2750&page=6
