Noctuas worth it?

Ive been trying for a pretty quiet PC build when running high end games (Witcher 3, MGSV, Dark souls 3) and am thinking of using 140mm noctuas in my build. My build currently uses Nanoxia 120mm fans. Im not sure if anyone has any experience with these fans, but I was wondering if i'll see any real difference in noise when running these bigger games. I have a gtx 970 graphics card by the way if that matters at all.
