NOD32 Anti Virus Wont Update

Before you jump to any conclusion: I am using a 30 day trial downloaded straight from ESET.

Any reason why my nod32 anti virus will not update to the current virus signature version? I formatted my computer (because I was already formatting it to upgrade to w7 from vista): so my computer is clean.

Why won't it update?

Check the event viewer log. If there are errors that would help narrow down the problem.
