Nod32 Antivirus Won't Load in Safe Mode

Decided that, while in safe mode (Windows XP) I'd run Nod32. However, I couldn't start the control center. All the other components load properly though; I couldn't just access the control center itself. What's going on?

Apparently the control panel won't activate in safe mode. But you're right, the rest of your NOD32's AV should be working properly.
