[ /NOEXECUTE=OPTIN + PXE-media test failure problem

Hello,

Every time I start my computer, it loads up past the motherboard screen then stops in a black screen. The black screen shows the following:

for Windows vista
Path:\Windows\System32\Winload.exe
Partition 1
Hard Disk e171e171

[ /NOEXECUTE=OPTIN ]

Press Enter To Submit

After pressing enter my computer boots than page with (safemode. dtart normally apper) and some thing repeat on vista don't load

+ PXE-media test failure problem

it all sarted when i boot my hard disk in another pc ( it was working fine there) and when i kepe it in my pc i started showing this problem

plz if any one have idea plz help

If you installed Windows on this disk in another PC, it won't work on yours.
