The system I am building needs to be pretty quiet, and after watching the video on Hardware Unboxed, I am somewhat concerned about the OE cooler.

I am thinking that either one of these coolers might be better, yes?

For reference here is my system:

Ah, didn't know they were different from the cooler that comes with the 3700X. Thanks! I'll wait to see how loud it is. I do not plan on manually overclocking the CPU, but maybe the RAM a bit...we'll see.
I have 3700X too but i installed the cooler to my brothers computer with Ryzen 5 1400 because i already have an aftermarket. Ryzen 5 1400 is overclocked at 3.7Ghz 1.35v and the cooler for me personally dont seem that noise. I have used many coolers watercoolers and aircoolers if you want something that performs good and be really quite then get a noctua cooler.
None of the coolers of the video comes with the 3700X. The wraith prism rgb cooler is what you get from 3700X and its better than the spire and stealth. If you dont plan to overclock stick with the stock cooler for the beginning. If you are not satisfied with the stock cooler then you can always upgrade it with a new one later. If quite is what you want then i would look none of the coolers you listed but only NOCTUA air coolers.
