Noise and Temperature - GTX 1060/1070

Hi, I'm thinking of buying a gtx 1060 or 1070 to use it together with a LG 34UM69G
In my area I can only find 3 brands: ASUS Strix, EVGA SSC Gaming and GIGABYTE G1 Gaming
I ask the community to help me with these points:

-which of the three is the least noisy?
-which of the three has the best cooling?
-some of these three presents some against in its construction and structure?

ASUS Strix has been generally regarded as one of, if not, the best 1070.

the 1070 ti is dropping on November 2nd, waiting a few days to see if GPU pricing changes might be worth it.
