Noise coming from the CPU when playing games

I have recently upgraded my CPU and my PC spec is
Gigabyte ga 78lmt usb3
FX 6300 processor
R7 250 1GB DDR5
Antec VP450W
4GB DDR3 RAM
Now whenever I started playing games, the fan noise become louder, I think it's from the PSU. Is there any problem due to which this is happening.

PS : When not playing games it the fan noise is normal

well under load , the fan rotates to dissapate the increasing heat , so it is normal to hear sounds

but just incase monitor you temps and fans rpm

as you dont have a modular PSu and aftermarket cooler it is normal to hear sounds under load, the fan rotates faster to decrease heat, But keep eye on your tempratures

unless you have one of those extr silent card and fans , then yes
