Noise from gpu when playing games

Hello, i have recently build a gaming pc with a gtx 1080 but when i start a game it has a beeping,buzzing sort of noise if im not playing games its normal. I normally play games like pubg, gang beasts,left 4 dead 2...
The games run good tho, is this any bad to my pc

It could be coil whine. Search in the internet to listen how coil whine sounds like and compare.

Coil whine. As far as I'm concerned it's a defect and I send cards back that do it.

Okay but it plays good is it a defect then? I mean if got it for 2 weeks and i havent got problems with it, it only happens when i game on it

It's not technically a fault, depends on what manufacturer as to whether they consider it a defect or not. I just fight with them until I get an RMA or ship it back to NewEgg.

Exactly.
Gaming is supposed to be a pleasurable escape, an annoying noise like an angry pissed off partner because you skipped out on a chore to game takes away from it.

Ok thanks guys i will consider to send it back but the sound doesnt irritate ma that much because i always wear headphones i just wanted to know if its bad for the pc

Yeah does no harm.

My first 1060 did it and I sent it back, bought another and no whine.

Its alright guys for some reason after a bit it stops whining in the most games but in pubg not its not a big problem but thanks guys!
