Noise from PSU when under load?

I just bought a new game that is quite demanding for my GTX 1080 (Ghost recon Wildlands). When I start up the game it emits a lot of noise, like a rattling/buzzing sound. I can hear it's coming from the PSU, and these are my results from CPU-Z. Do I need to upgrade to a PSU with more watts? Mine is 750.

Most likely it is something called "Coil Whine" that you are hearing, does absolutely no harm to your system, it's just your components working hard, the only time it would be a concern is if you want absolute silence from your PC and the noise bothers you a lot.
