[SOLVED] noise of monitor

i have a monitor hp lp2475w lcd 24"
There are two problems with the monitor. When I turn on the monitor, I hear noise from behind it? Secondly, by increasing or decreasing the brightness, there is no change and the sound is noisy. What is the problem? What is the solution?

The noise is probably the internal power supply if it doesn't have an external brick. I had a monitor that would creak and crackle due to the heat it produced.
As for the brightness your OS is probably overriding the brightness, see if you can change it in your graphical settings.
