Question Noisy CD player

I have a Victrola 8 in 1 turntable/CD/cassette/radio that I bought earlier this year. (https://www.amazon.com/Victrola-Navigator-Bluetooth-Encoding-Turntable/dp/B01GRYDTWI) I had not used the CD player until the other day when I wanted to play some Christmas music. But it made shuffling clicking sounds during playback and playback was uneven. I tried multiple CDs that work fine in other devices. What is going wrong and how can I fix it?

Contact their support. For you to fix it you would need to take out the CD player and look over the mechanism for any issues. No way to know what you need to look for without seeing it and hearing where the noise is coming from.

First, obtain and run a head cleaning disc. Particles of dust/dirt on the on the pickup will cause the symptoms you're reporting.
