Question Noisy fan on AIO pump, any way to reduce the noise?

I have an Arctic Cooler II. The fan on the CPU block(?) is very noisy.
Very definitely the small fan, and not the pump (I have a video, but can not post it).

Short of replacing the unit, is there anything I can safely do to reduce the noise?

You could try to go into BIOS and see if there are settings for such as "smart fan" or a tool that will auto set the fans. Different motherboard manufacturers call them various things. Don't know for sure if you will even see that one there. Small fans like that put out a heck of a whine when running hard.

Are you seeing proper temps with the AIO?

Thanks.
The pump, cpu fan, and radiator fans all run off a single socket (the CPU pump socket?).

My temps peak at (just under) 60C, and idle around 30C.

I am having a bit of a time attempting to find the manual for this that doesn't make me agree to some cookies and Google analytics that I don't particularly want to participate in. The only note I could find about the fans is that the PWM cable is built into the cooler line. I didn't see anything about pump power or control. Unfortunately, I have no informed advice to offer past that aspect.

Maybe contact arctic and see if they will replace it under warranty. If I remember right it is 6yrs so almost all devices are still covered.

I built a machine a couple months ago with a arctic cooler on it and even with all the other fans stopped you could barely hear the fan on the pump block. It definitely was not even close to what you have.

Thanks Guys.
The pump is newer than the Gamers Nexus video; it has the modifications Arctic introduced on their production models following those issues.
