Question Noisy fans in Dell T7500 - Bios says Fan Controller failure

Hi,

The T7500 fans in Dell T7500 are noisier than usual ever since I had to change the motherboard battery.-

The noisiest is the large back fan. PSU and CPU are pretty good.

At boot up A18 (latest) Bios says Fan Controller failure and until I F1 I am stuck.

I have tried to find where I can fix but so far cannot.

Any help please?

Replace it sound like the part that reads the RPM has went bad. So the fan is defaulting to 100%
