Hi guys, I recently purchased my first custom build (so happy to be in the PC community :) ) but the two front intake fans which are 120mm SP Corsair fans are making quiet a bit of noise! I don't know how to reduce the noise. Can someone suggest how I might do it? I don't have any fan controlling software or devices. Thanks in advance!

Solution
They appear to be 3-pin fans that can be controlled by VOLTAGE and vary from 7V to 12V.

Try connecting them to your FAN motherboard connectors then use the motherboard fan control software to set a profile for them.

If that's not possible you need to look into either a simple fan attenuator or a fancier setup to control the speed.
