Nokia 820 ringtone

I bought a Nokia 820 in Dec. 2012. I used a ringtone that was available on the phone. Now I got a replacement Nokia 820, but that ringtone is not on my new phone. It was a song, but I do not remember the title. I believe the song played on Grey's Anatomy. I have searched, with no luck. HELP
