Question nokia bluetooth headset bh-101 How to replace battery?

Hello

I would like to replace the battery of the Nokia bluetooth headset bh-101 displayed on the pictures of the following link:

Nonetheless I do not know how to lift the printed circuit board displayed in these pictures to be able to replace the battery that is under this board.

I found this video that explains how to do it for a similar device but it seems the board of this other device is not stuck. The printed circuit board of the the Nokia bluetooth headset bh-101 is somehow tightly fit at its position.

Does anyone have any idea about how to lift the printed circuit board of the Nokia bluetooth headset bh-101 without breaking anything to be able to replace its battery?

It says nothing in the User Manual about changing the battery --- rather tellingly in the Care & Maintenance section it says: "Do not attempt to open the device":

I don't mind loosing the warranty. It is an old device. I just would like to know how I can lift the board of this picture. It seems there are three black plastic pieces that go through the board, but the board is tightly fit:
