First cheap ass Windows Phone device I have seen. The older Windows Phone 7 and 8 devices typically used the best hardware available during their development. This phone is using Windows Phone 7 hardware.

All Windows Phone 8 phones are dual-cores, 512-1 GB ram.

Windows 7 Phone are 1-1.4 single cores, 256-512 ram

To my knowledge windows 7 phones only had single core processors. This one has a dual core.
