Non-clean USB Flash Drive?

Hello. I am looking to see if there is any way that I can get a flash drive with Windows 10 on it. The problem is that any solution I see involves a clean install. I want the drive to simply keep all files currently on the computer I'm using and not have a full Windows 10 setup. Essentially, if the USB flash drive is out, the computer will run Windows 7 (the OS I was previously using). If the flash drive is in, the computer will run Windows 10 and have everything the computer did in Windows 7 mode. If I cannot do it like that, is there some way to move Win10-specific files to the flash drive as a more manual creation of the same drive and same function?

if you looking to just put a full windows 10 install on a USB flash drive it is not possible yet

Oof, well, I recently read about Windows Virtual PC after scouring Microsoft's webpage for Windows XP updates.
