Non compatibility of Reliance Netconnect with Windows 8

Dear Sir,
My Reliance Netconnect dongle is not working with window 8 xtreme. Showing problem of Remote Access Administration Manager.

Dear sir, or as I say Sunil Mishra.
Your using a 3G usb wireless internet adapter to get internet.
You may want to have a check if this device is supported by windows 8.
Follow this Link to see if the device is supported by windows 8 anyway. But I bet it says not supported.

If not you are out of luck till the company that makes the device provides a windows 8 driver. Now I have had a good look and no support for it exists, or a windows 8 driver for the device.
Game over as they say.

Dear Reliance team,

I have reliance net connect and my datacard Model no - HUAWEI EC150. I have installed Windows 8 in my Dell Inspiron Laptop.

Now my datacard is not working and the error message is "DATA CARD UNAVAILABLE" though i have connected it. Please help me out to sort out this issue. Awaiting your response.

you have to open control panel . then you have to type in "phone and modem" in control panel search bar . open that. select your area. click on modem. delete zte modem driver . uninstall reliance. install it again and restart your pc once. this should. and also if you are using windows 8 pro build 9200. right click on reliance setup to open properties.then go to compatibility and "run this program in compatibility mode for" select windows 7 in the list . click on apply and ok. this will work. also use you have to use the same usb port again and again whenever you have to use reliance on windows 8, the one which you used while installing reliance.

Hello:

Please open Device Manager & ensure that the device is properly installed
Win Key + R brings Run prompt
Type devmgmt.msc & hit enter

Once the drivers are proper, restart the pc & it should work fine.
