Non functionality for mouse/keyboard installation win7

New build Asus rog strix x370-f mb, ryzen 5, 16g ram, 3t Toshiba hd.
Same problem as others mouse and keyboard work for bios setup but not when win7 language screen shows up. Any help?

ecombs17 again. My problem has been resolved by the Asus help line. I had the additional problem that the hard drive was not being recognized during post. I'm up
and running.

How you did that. I am also building a new ryzen 7 with x370-f mobo.. facing same problem..... please reply fast

I couldn't figure it out by myself, so I called the Asus help #. They talked me through it in about 2 minutes. I just had to make a small change in the bios settings. After that the mouse and keyboard were up and running. They were very good at solving my problem.
