Non-gaming 3440x1440 video card

I just purchased a 21:9 3440x1440 monitor and hooked it up to my XFX R7 360 at that resolution. While it looks amazing, sometimes the screen will flash or a bar of noise flashes across the top. I went to the monitor manufacturer and they said the R7 360 wasn't a good card for running 3440x1440. Assuming this is correct, I'm looking for recommendations on a card to drive my 3440x1440 monitor. I don't play games at all, just desktop stuff like web browsing and applications like Office, Quicken, etc. Obviously I don't need a bunch of bells and whistles so it's a little difficult researching the cards in that convergence of not needing game performance but need to drive this apparently difficult resolution. IE. My R7 360 says it can support up to 4k digital (I'm using Display port) but I guess that doesn't mean it can support what I consider a lower resolution very well.

For non gaming there shouldn't be any problems with your current GPU. Even an onboard GPU from Intel CPU's will have no problems as long as it isn't for gaming.
