Question Non OS SSD locking at 100% activity with 0 KB/s R/W

I am having a stubborn SSD that sits at 100% active time, and i am about to give up on it, does anyone have any "outside the box" solutions for this problem?

SSD is a Samsung EVO 850 500GB
Running Win10
SSD is not the one with OS on it
