Question Non readable tracks

Hi,
I have 2 MP3 of 2 songs that are very similar as details, but I can listen the first on my machine, while I can't hear the second. How Is it possible? This happens both in a brand new Audi A3 and in a 16' Hyunday i20.
What can I do?
