Non removable battery

Guys, I have a laptop that has non removable battery. Is it okay if I don't unplugged it when I am playing even though it's already fully charged? Because if I unplugged it the game would be lag. TIA!

I run my HP that way and have had no problems (well for the last 6 years anyway )
