Non-updated windows 7 trial can cause games to stutter?

Hello, I am currently testing my new PC and im using the 30 day trial version of windows 7, none updates installed. I have noticed, that in most of my games i get stutter. Fps drops down like, from 60 to 57 adn the game freezes for a second.Updating the video drivers did not help. Changing the graphics doesnt change the problem. No overheating. I gave my PSU and GPU back to the store, they have tested it and said there were no errors or problems. I wonder if windows ca actually cause this.

The "trial version" of Windows is the same as the full version of Windows.

In that case I have no idea waht causes it. The cpu load seems to be normal. Any ideas or tips?
