Question None of My Drives are Showing in Bios

Hello everyone this is my first post on toms. I went to sleep last night as well as put my pc to sleep. From what I know there were no power flashes or power outages as i slept. When I woke up this morning my pc was in the bios and none of my 2 SSD or my one HD are showing up anymore. I've tried changing around the sata ports and nothing is still showing. I feel like the ports might have locked themselves somehow. But i would like to get another perspective. I have important work documents on this pc and if anyone can help please give your feedback.
