None of my programs open. Again

As the title says. Nothing opens. I get the load icon, it enters the processes, but the program doesn't open :/

Think the universe is trying to say I should never own a computer, they never seem to work right for me or the hardware breaks really fast.

Been playing YouTube videos for hours. Can't even remember what I was going to do now when I found this problem. Keyboard input stopped working as well so had to use the power button which is configured to start shut down. This time it worked, last time even that didn't work. Also, my apps had no names on the start screen
