Question None of the ports of HDMI or any of them aren't working

Do my PC had froze after I accidentally touched the AMD fan and now none of the ports aren't working at all not HDMI or anything else but they have power and I know because when I connected my phone it charged

you mean USB 2.0 / 3.0 / Type-C, Ethernet, eSATA, audio out / audio in, etc?

and you mean ports on front I/O, rear I/O, connected hubs; what exactly?

Yah I mean USB 3.0 and the Ethernet but I'm not sure about audio since I can't see anything I can't play anything so I don't know about that one and I mean both front and back I/O
