I am planning to buy an old dell z440 server with a E5-1650v3 cpu - This is one of the select few xenon chips totally 100% unlocked for overclocking.

I know if that is the case, the bios of the MB installed (not sure the brand yet, just bought the pc, and MB brand was not listed) - is the way to OC the cpu.

But I do not know what settings to change. I have a screenshot someone else posted in a closed thread on another forum. They got this out of the 1650v3 (see pic below) - WOW huh?????

So, to OC my CPU, same cpu as they have and OC'ed... Do I just match all their settings or numbers/inputs in the below pic to the ones in the bios of my PC and change it to match what they did or?

Noob here need some help :)

Thanks in advance

Overclocking increased the temp of the CPU so you need a proper cooling solution to overclock. I personally would overclock in the Bios.
