(noob) how can I overclock a computer?

Hi, here's the computer that i'm buying:

I'm using it for 3D animations, video editing, and gaming.

I know that OCing is basically using more power out of the ram/gpu/cpu, but HOW can I OC? And can I just OC my whole computer at once without really shortening it's lifespan? Thanks for you help and advice!

Overclocking the CPU and RAM is normally done in BIOS/UEFI, though there are software overclocking methods that work from within Windows.

Overclocking the GPU is done via software - I know the AMD driver includes rudimentary overclocking options, I don't remember if that's the case for Nvidia drivers too. But in any case, there are better utilities for that, like MSI Afterburner.
